Horizons is a program for gifted and talented students in third, fourth, and fifth grades.  Our program provides a differentiated curriculum that is designed to exceed the basics in a nurturing environment.  The curriculum is developmental by nature and is meant to challenge young minds and to develop their potential.  A major objective is to facilitate learning so students become responsible, independent learners.  “Learning for the sake of learning” is the Horizons goal, and this is accomplished through effort.
