PGS Green Team

Pauline-Glenn Springs Elementary's Green Team consists of students in grades kindergarten though grade 5.  The Green Team is in charge of gardening and keeping the school grounds neat and litter free.  "Beautification Saturdays" are held, where members of the Green Team, parents, teachers, and community members plant flower gardens around the school, our gazebo, and the front signs.  Students also pick up trash, weed around trees, and paint our birdhouses.  The Green Team was formed with the assistance of a $2000.00 Palmetto Pride Grant and is sponsored by Mrs. Kim Plexico.
