The SACS Committee along with the faculty will meet twice a year in order to evaluate and monitor the implementation and progress of the school’s action plan. This group will review the action plan along with current school practices in order to determine if strategies are being implemented effectively.

            Surveys will be developed and administered to parents, teachers, and students to provide feedback. Classroom observations will also be used to monitor the implementation of the plan. If needed, the school improvement council will modify and adjust the plan to insure that strategies are being met.

            The SACS Committee and the administration will provide feedback on the effectiveness of the implementation of this plan to parents, community members, and staff. This report will provide all stakeholders current information about the goals and strategies, keeping them abreast of the progress the action plan.
