Returning Student Pre-Registration for 2023-2024
The following information is for returning students who ended 2022-2023 in a Spartanburg 6 school and received a snapcode to access pre-registration:
Once again, District Six parents will pre-register their children online using a secure online company, PowerSchool Registration. You may pre-register your child using any device that offers internet access. If your child ended the 2022-2023 school year with Spartanburg District Six, you will only need to confirm that the information from last year is correct.
Letters and emails containing new snapcodes will be sent to parents of students that ended the 2022-2023 school year attending District 6 Schools. Once you receive your letter in the mail or by email, you may begin online pre-registration by clicking the links below or the link embedded in the email. If clicking on the links below, you will need the "snap code" from that letter in order to begin the online pre-registration process. If you did not receive a letter in the mail or an email, please contact your child's school.

How do I get started?
Click the Returning Student Pre-Registration link. Then, enter your student’s snap code that is provided on the letter you received in the mail.
What is a snapcode?
A snapcode is a secure, unique code used to pre-register your child. You will receive a separate snapcode for each child. Please be sure to enter it exactly as it appears above, with no spaces or punctuation.
Should I create an account?
All first-time PowerSchool Registration users will need to create an account when they first visit the website. This will allow you to securely save your work and come back at a later time, if necessary. You will need an email address or a phone number. You will only have to create an account once, even if you have to pre-register more than one child.
Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. Much of the information asked online is required by law, not District Six.
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to a previous page.
I’ve completed the form, now what?
When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
What if I have more than one student in the district?
You will need to submit a separate online pre-registration for each child you have in Spartanburg School District Six. Every student will have a different snapcode. We recommend that you submit one pre-registration and begin another. This may save you time and allow part of your shared information to filter into the next child's pre-registration process.
What if I have a student enrolling for the first time?
Visit the New Student Enrollment link. Upon completion, you will need to bring the following documents to your child's school during business hours: child's birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residence.
What if I have questions about the online pre-registration process?
You may contact your child's school to ask any general questions about pre-registration.
