Gable Middle School's "Real Men Read" group had a special visitor recently as former D6 student and current Los Angeles Chargers player, Jordan McFadden, spoke to the group. McFadden expressed the importance of academics and how prioritizing his education helped him to earn a scholarship to Clemson University. He encouraged the young men to continue learning and reading because those skills will help them long after their athletic careers.
