We wanted to share a unique and special place that’s now a part of our D6 school community. The District Six Early Learning Center is an exclusive opportunity for employees of our district.
Here, we care for infants and toddlers of our faculty and staff members. Finding great childcare can often be a challenge for parents. Hopefully, our D6 employees have peace of mind knowing their own children are in great hands, while they serve other students throughout the district.
This idea originated from our Teacher Forum surveys, where employees share open and honest feedback, opinions, and ideas. After recognizing this need, our Board of Trustees gladly gave the ELC the green light. We are grateful for the chance to love and teach the babies of our faculty and staff. This special place has won our hearts
