Vendor Background Checks

To help ensure the safety of our students, District Six will conduct a thorough background check on all vendors who conduct business inside one of our schools.  By clicking the link below,  you will be guided through the background check process and will receive a follow-up phone call or letter within two weeks of completion. You will only need to complete this process once per school year, even if you conduct business at multiple District Six locations or events. All information submitted will be treated as strictly confidential.
